These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website https://playfinabet-au.com when you access, browse or use the Playfina services via Playfina (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Registration

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Conditions
- Funding your play: You may place Bets only using funds credited to your Account's real-money balance or Bonus balance as applicable. No credit is provided by the Operator.

Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation

- Claiming Bonuses: To activate a Bonus you may be required to:

Combining Promotions

- Changes and cancellations: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion (including for players accessing via Playfina) at its sole discretion, provided that:

- Service availability: The Operator aims to provide the Services on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Reasonable maintenance windows, updates and emergency interventions may occur.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical issues: To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for any loss, costs or damages arising from:
- hardware or software failures on your device;
- internet connectivity issues, network interruptions, latency or outages;
- incompatibility between your device and the Site; or
- viruses, malware or other harmful code introduced by third parties.
- Errors and malfunctions: In the event of:
- obvious errors in odds, paytables or game outcomes;

Maximum Liability

Termination by the User

Suspension and Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for suspension/closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, in whole or in part, and may withhold or confiscate funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

- you are underage or have provided false or misleading information;

- Courts and arbitration: Subject to any mandatory local law giving you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, you agree that disputes not resolved amicably may be submitted to:
- the competent courts of Curaçao; or
- an alternative dispute resolution body or arbitration mechanism recognised within the Operator's licensing framework, where available and appropriate.
